Each U.S. state and territory has a page containing a compilation of its highway safety related laws.

GHSA relies on a variety of sources, including the State Highway Safety Offices to keep this information as up-to-date as possible.

Program Funding

These laws can impact the amount and type of grant funding that State Highway Safety Offices receive for different highway safety programs.
