Registration Fees

Registration Terms

All registrations MUST be paid in advance. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT. GHSA will not issue invoices.

Registration forms and payments received on or before August 9 will be eligible for the early bird registration rate of $450 for members and $550 for nonmembers and federal employees. Purchase orders will be accepted for GHSA members only with the understanding that payment must be received by the August 9 deadline to receive the early bird rate. Otherwise, the purchase order should be prepared for the higher rate.

The registration fee covers the price of all meetings and materials, the Opening Reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, three lunches, and the State Night Dinner. The registration fee for spouse/guest is $225 per person and includes all meetings and materials, the Opening Reception, spouse/guest orientation, and the State Night Dinner.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds (minus a $50 service fee) will be given if the cancellation request is made in writing on or before August 9. Refunds will be made after that date on a case-by-case basis.
